Hello to all staff & families at Southside Elementary. I know you are all working very hard to keep our students safe, healthy and on top of their school work. I'm sure we can all use some stress relief in our bodies and minds so I made this yoga video for you. My suggestion is to put on some soothing music to get in your zone; it will also help with the background noise. I had to cut out a lot of the audio due to loud sounds in the environment but I think you can still follow along with the titles and movements. Feel free to pause the video in between poses or go into a Child's Pose at any time if it feels like too much. Yoga is about unity of the self so competition, pushing or forcing is not allowed. Please be gentle with your body and only go as deep as you can into each posture. Enjoy!
